Job Overview They are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join their Hong Kong team, starting in Q4 2025. This role is pivotal in expanding their sales channels and driving revenue growth across Tier 1 retail and Tier 2 independent reseller networks in Hong Kong and Macau. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the consumer electronics or tech distribution industry, a strong network of industry contacts, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-through for consumer electronics products across Hong Kong and Macau. Manage and grow relationships with Tier 1 retail channels (e.g., Fortress, Broadway, Wilson Communications, YOHO) and Tier 2 independent resellers (e.g., Wan Chai Computer City, Sim City, and other key outlets). Lead promotional campaigns, product launches, and lifecycle management to maximize brand visibility and sales performance. Build and maintain trusted relationships within the local retail and reseller ecosystem to strengthen market presence. Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to monitor performance, track KPIs, and optimize sales processes. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing and product objectives. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the consumer electronics or tech distribution industry. Proven track record managing both Tier 1 retail channels (e.g., Fortress, Broadway, Wilson Communications, YOHO) and Tier 2 independent resellers (e.g., Wan Chai Computer City, Sim City) in Hong Kong and Macau. Preferably with experience in sports gadget brands such as GARMIN, COROS, POLAR, SUUNTO, SHOKZ, or similar. Strong network and trusted relationships within the local retail and reseller ecosystem. Excellent sales, negotiation, and account management skills. Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM and sales analytics tools is a plus. Solid understanding of sell-in/sell-through strategies, promotional campaigns, and product lifecycle management. Why Join them?
