Join to apply for the Sales Manager role at OpenExchange, Inc. Job Scope Responsible for developing and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth within APAC. This role oversees the corporate sales AE team and works closely with product and delivery teams to create and deploy solutions for our corporate customers. Ultimate responsibility for the sales target achievement across APAC, the role also carries an individual sales target as a player/coach for the team. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base Nurture and expand existing accounts to drive revenue Utilize sales tech and resulting metrics to track performance and identify training areas Train & develop the sales team Manage sales pipeline to achieve set targets Individually contribute to the revenue pool Build and maintain a culture of innovation & continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree valued 7+ years’ experience with increasing responsibilities Senior level Sales experience in a startup environment.
