Customer Service Manager Asia

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Hong Kong and APAC Customer Service team. The incumbent will oversee daily operations, coordinate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales teams, and ensure seamless delivery schedules in compliance with customer shipping deadlines. This role requires strong leadership and problem‑solving skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the Customer Service Team in all sales administration activities. Provide sales coordination support and resolve issues raised by customer service staff. Oversee ordering, picking, receipts, and returns of inventory; verify invoices and billings; resolve errors, discrepancies, claims, and complaints; coordinate shipping and delivery to customers. Monitor account performance, including collections and credit status, in line with company policies and procedures. Analyze data to track performance and develop improvement plans. Manage stock lists and advise on alternative items when inventory is insufficient. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management. Allocate and schedule team workloads; manage shifts and provide coverage during staff absences. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements Degree or above in Business or relevant disciplines. 8 years or above solid working experience. Working experience gained from MNC is an advantage. Attention to details, organized, logical thinking and self‑initiative. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Mandarin. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
