Main Responsibilities Interface with business leaders and regional/country finance teams to analyze monthly financial and KPI performance, prepare business reports for senior management, and identify key trends. Coordinate and review country submissions of monthly financial and KPI reports to ensure timely and accurate reporting to Group Finance. Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, aligned with business plans and growth strategies. Continuously improve forecast accuracy by identifying key revenue and cost drivers. Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Support ad‑hoc finance tasks and special projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance or related subjects. Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years of finance related or FP&A experience, either in local or regional scope. Able to handle forecasting & reporting cycle independently (e.g., QF, period review and Budget). Excellent numeric ability and attention to details. Strong knowledge in performing financial reporting and analysis. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, able to work independently and meet multiple deadlines. Self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude, flexible and enjoy teamwork. Adaptive to a high‑paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English both written and oral. Well‑versed with MS Excel and strong analytical skill. Knowledge of Power BI & exposure to a regional office within a sizable MNC is an advantage.
