Asia FP&A Manager This role is pivotal in driving financial planning and analysis across multiple operating units in the region, supporting strategic decision‑making and enhancing business performance. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long‑term financial plans across Asia. Analyze financial results versus budget and forecast, conduct variance analysis, and highlight key business drivers. Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic decisions. Prepare and present management reports with actionable insights on financial performance and KPIs. Collaborate with operating companies (OpCos) to gather operational data and ensure alignment with financial goals. Provide financial guidance and interpretation to senior management and business partners. Support the monthly and quarterly financial close and reporting processes. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy. Coordinate and manage cash pooling activities across OpCos. Assist in investment appraisals, pricing strategies, and project evaluations as needed. Requirements University degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related disciplines. Member of an internationally recognized accountancy body (e.g., ACCA, HKICPA) preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar FP&A role, ideally within a multinational corporation or Big‑4 audit firm. Prior experience in engineering, construction, consulting, or property development industries is preferred. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently and as a proactive team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, OneStream, or other ERP/BI tools is a plus. Immediate availability is an advantage.
