Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the role Traffic Tech (Asia) Ltd is seeking a talented Customer Service Executive to join our team in Tsim Sha Tsui Yau Tsim Mong District. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our freight forwarding operations. What you'll be doing Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide updates on the status of deliveries. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure the efficient and timely movement of freight. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and transactions. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. What we're looking for Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in customer service in the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries and issues. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and maintaining meticulous records.
