Hungry Tiger Hidden Dragon Restaurant is seeking both Sous Chef and Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic culinary team at our restaurant located in Kai Tak, Kowloon City District. What you'll be doing Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation of all menu items, ensuring consistent quality and presentation Maintain a clean and organiser workstation, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service Participate in menu development and testing of new dish ideas Provide training and guidance to junior kitchen staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen operation by being a reliable and proactive team member What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience working as a CDP and Minimum 5 years working as a Sous Chef Formal culinary training or certification, such as a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, flavour profiles, and plating presentation Strong time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Passion for creating visually appealing and delicious dishes that delight our customers Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and thrive under pressure Fluency in Cantonese, with the ability to communicate effectively with the kitchen and serving staff What we offer At Hungry Tiger Hidden Dragon Restaurant, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
