The Role:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new merchants, including documentation verification and account setup.
- Ensure all necessary information and documents are collected and processed accurately.
- Reconcile and process merchant settlement.
- Manage the deployment, installation, and maintenance of POS machines.
- Maintain accurate records of merchant onboarding and POS machine related operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues relating to merchant accounts and POS machines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the onboarding process.
- Prepare regular MIS reports.
The Person:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Previous experience in merchant acquiring, POS operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Patient, detail-minded and customer-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
