We are seeking a Compliance Business Manager to enhance our compliance efforts, ensuring that our business operations and processes align with regulatory requirements.

Role Summary: The Compliance Business Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining compliance throughout the full operational cycle. This position requires a deep understanding of e-commerce and B2B business models, along with the ability to review, update, and enforce policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess extensive compliance experience within these business domains and work closely with internal teams to ensure regulatory standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Assurance across Business Operations:
    • Understand PingPong's business model and compliance requirements for e-commerce and B2B services.
    • Conduct regular compliance checks and reviews across the business cycle, ensuring that operational processes meet regulatory standards.
    • Identify potential compliance risks and collaborate with relevant teams to implement mitigation strategies.
  • Policy and Procedure Management:
    • Regularly review and update company policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory and industry standards.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve internal policies and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
    • Conduct policy audits to ensure all teams adhere to established compliance guidelines.
  • Compliance Review of PSPs:
    • Conduct comprehensive compliance checks on Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and review contracts with PSPs to ensure they align with regulatory standards and minimize associated risks.
  • Internal Compliance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain compliance monitoring programs, conducting assessments to ensure compliance across all operational areas.
    • Generate compliance reports for senior management, detailing compliance status, risk assessments, and areas for improvement.
    • Serve as a compliance advisor to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on regulatory changes and ensuring business readiness.
  • Training and Compliance Awareness:
    • Design and deliver compliance training programs to raise awareness and ensure adherence across all levels of the organization.
    • Provide targeted training for teams involved in high-risk operations, emphasizing best practices in e-commerce and B2B compliance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related fields; certifications in compliance or risk management (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) are preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or risk management, ideally within the e-commerce or B2B sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex business models and effectively apply compliance frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for e-commerce and B2B transactions.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in Chinese; proficiency in English is essential.
