A foreign-based Private Equity in Hong Kong is looking for a caring Personal Assistant to serve the Chairperson and coordinate with various business units & stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide full secretarial and personal support to a foreign Chairperson. Arrange all meetings, flight and train schedules, hotel accommodations, and personal engagements for the Chairperson across various countries and regions. Assist in arranging appointments and meetings, and follow up on delegated tasks to ensure progress on deadlines and keep projects on schedule. Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments and external business partners on business operations and event management. Requirements Bachelor or above with relevant working experience. Welcoming candidates of all nationalities, including those from China (A working visa can be applied for by the company). Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Frequent travel across Europe and African countries is a must; candidates not willing to travel frequently will not be considered. Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
