What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role Report to Head of Operations and lead the team to oversee payment, card and fulfillment operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery with full regulatory compliance. Manage end‑to‑end payment operations, including FPS, local remittance, and global fund transfers, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Oversee Mastercard transaction processing, including settlement, dispute handling, and chargeback management, ensuring compliance with card scheme rules and regulatory requirements. Handle fraud monitoring and implement safeguards for payment and card risks, including mis‑transfer of funds, BIN attacks, fraudulent transactions, card fraud alerts, and other fraud control measures. Govern the end‑to‑end fulfillment process, including campaign setup, validation, execution, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery. Initiate and own projects related to process streamlining, AI automation, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency. What is required and what we’re looking for Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent disciplines. Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role covering payment and card settlement. Experience with AI, automation or process transformation is an advantage. Strong knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements and card scheme compliance. Organized, responsible, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities. Team leader with multi‑tasking skills, a can‑do attitude, and ability to work under pressure with tight timelines. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
