Job Summary

This role will be responsible for setting up, optimising, and managing our marketing automation systems and CRM platforms. This person will support and help drive Product Marketing teams customer lifecycle strategies by creating automated workflows and managing cross-channel customer data, improving customer engagement and CLV across various platforms. This role will report directly to the Product Marketing Lead. This is a focused role leaning heavily in understanding CRM structures and implementing seamless integrations with various platforms and data.

This role also leverages a dynamic hybrid work approach, with 4 days per week spent collaborating in-office to drive maximum productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation of the customer lifecycle automation strategies using CRM and marketing automation platforms (Primarily Hubspot and Pendo).
  • Set up, monitor, and optimise automated workflows for Customer onboarding, engagement, retention and win-back campaigns.
  • Manage CRM data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting to improve customer targeting and engagement.
  • Collaborate with growth and product marketing team to define key customer touchpoints and align lifecycle strategies.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance to improve automation and increase customer engagement.
  • Provide real-time reporting and insights to support customer lifecycle and retention strategies.
  • Lead A/B testing to refine customer engagement and improve onboarding success.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to optimise customer lifecycle and retention.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, lifecycle marketing.
  • Deep experience with Hubspot as CRM platform for various user base - Service, Sales, Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and retention strategies.
  • Proven track record of implementing and optimising automation workflows.
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills with experience in using insights to make informed decisions and data-driven insights.
  • Strong communications and project management skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field or additional certifications in digital marketing.
  • Experience working within a FinTech or tech-driven marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Creative mindset paired with a strategic approach to task prioritization and problem solving.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across multi-disciplinary departments.
