  • Deliver quality customer services through counter transactions
  • Support back-end branch operations, handling daily counter transactions (including cash handling, deposits, transfers, fixed deposits, remittances, etc.), customer inquiries, and internal documentation.
  • Cross-sell retail banking products.
崗位要求
  • Secondary School graduate or above
  • Strong sales and service orientation with outgoing personality and good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese as well as fluency in Putonghua.
