Join a fun, friendly and adventurous team who are passionate about delivering outstanding insights to our clients and members.The Associate is key to the relationship with our panel members. They fill a vital spot on the team in ensuring critical metrics are met to the standard of SLAs. The right fit will be a phenomenal teammate who can elevate the level of service we provide and maintain a fruitful and positive member experience.Key Responsibilities- Respond to member inquiries in a manner to ensure a positive member experience- Maintain important metrics to SLA standards and above- Build and maintain rapport amongst internal and external teams- Chip in to member experience continuous improvement- Flag issues that are seen to be trendingJob Requirements- Proficiency in Mandarin, additional languages are a plus- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and act assertively and challenge when necessary- Curiosity about improving our member’s experience- Confidence in communicating issues to management- A can-do demeanorAt Kantar, we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
