Job Description Manage a profitable key client account, ensuring sustained growth and client satisfaction. Develop and implement a growth plan for an emerging diamond client account. Act as a consultant to clients, engaging closely to understand business needs and drive digitalization roadmaps. Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key clients, particularly at the C-suite level. Lead a client account team, including Delivery and Sales Leads, supported by a consulting team and digital experts. Originate new business opportunities through ideation and co-creation with clients. Develop thought leadership annually to strengthen the company''s market position. Job Requirements Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. At least 15 years of experience in the IT or ICT consulting industry, with 8 years focusing on key account management. Strong consulting background with deep key account and client domain knowledge. Proven ability to architect value and drive sales. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
