Role Summary Avantex Solutions is expanding aggressively in APAC. The Strategic Sales Director is responsible for owning, leading, and scaling new enterprise revenue across the region. This builder–operator role involves opening markets, establishing channel and partner ecosystems, winning lighthouse customers, and creating a repeatable high‑velocity enterprise sales motion for Avantex’s ERP, MES, SFC, SPS, WMS, HRS, and TraceAVX solutions. Key Responsibilities Own the APAC new‑logo revenue quota and deliver consistent quarter‑over‑quarter growth. Build and manage a predictable regional pipeline. Run full‑cycle enterprise deals from prospecting through negotiation and close. Build the APAC GTM strategy for priority countries. Identify white‑space opportunities across manufacturing clusters. Localize value propositions to country‑specific regulatory and supply chain realities. Lead executive‑level pitches with C‑suite. Unlock complex buying centers and manage stakeholder maps. Build relationships with regional partners. Co‑create joint GTM motions. Maintain accurate forecasting. Report pipeline and competitive insights. Partner closely with internal teams. Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap. Required Experience 7–12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (preferably in apparel & textile). Proven success selling into relevant verticals. Consistent over‑achievement against sales quotas. Experience building a regional GTM motion. Strategic hunter mindset. Cultural fluency in the APAC region. Operational discipline. Required languages: English, Mandarin (Cantonese a plus). Performance Metrics New ARR bookings. Pipeline health. Forecast accuracy. Deal cycle time. Lighthouse account acquisition. Salary Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, with variable compensation aligned to standard enterprise sales roles.
