About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join Goldfield N & W Construction Company Limited as a Group Representative. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. Your strong project management expertise and excellent communication skills will be essential in coordinating the efforts of various teams and ensuring the projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, progress monitoring, claims, labour forces, emergency services, acquisition of materials, upkeeping of contractor's depots, contractor's accommodation, preliminary site check on complaint and referral, etc. Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Attend various meetings. Qualification Minimum 7 years of experience in the relevant construction industry, the last 2 years of which shall be in maintenance work in the capacity of site representative. Holder of a certificate in building studies or equivalent issued by The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education. Proficient in spoken English, written English, and Chinese. Authority and responsibility for day‑to‑day administration of providing the Service in its Group, including control of subcontractors, management of the subcontractors' staff, and supervision of the unit foreman. Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict‑resolution skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively liaise with all levels.
