Job Title: Finance Representative Officer About Us: We are a growing fintech startup focused on building and operating a Payment Gateway platform and digital payment solutions. To support our licensing and compliance development, we are looking for a responsible and detail‑minded Finance Representative Officer to join our team and take part in our regulatory and financial operations setup. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage all required documentation for the company’s MSO (Money Service Operator) License application Develop and maintain the company’s AML / CFT (Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Terrorist Financing) policies and compliance manuals Assist in setting up and managing transaction monitoring and reconciliation processes Define and supervise the flow of funds within the payment gateway, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards Liaise with banks, auditors, legal advisors, and regulators where necessary Monitor financial and compliance records to ensure accuracy Support the financial and risk‑control design during the Payment Gateway development process Requirements: Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Experience in fintech, banking, payment, or remittance companies preferred Familiar with AMLO , MSO regulatory framework , and KYC/KYB procedures Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility What We Offer: Competitive remuneration (salary based on experience) Flexible working environment with an innovative startup culture Opportunity to take part in the core development of a new Payment Gateway project with strong future growth potential Application Method: Interested candidates, please apply directly via JobsDB by submitting your CV.
