IT & ELV Project Coordinator / Project Executive (IT 及 ELV 專案主任 / 專案協調員) Responsible for coordinating and managing ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and IT system projects, including those for 24/7 Fitness branches as well as external commercial clients (e.g., offices, retail stores, and corporate spaces). 負責協調及管理 ELV（弱電系統）及 IT 系統項目，涵蓋 24/7 Fitness 各分店 及其他企業客戶（如辦公室、零售店及商用空間）。 Act as a key liaison among internal users, IT team, contractors, and designers to ensure smooth project execution. 作為項目主要聯絡人，與內部部門、IT 團隊、外判工程商及設計師保持緊密溝通，確保項目順利執行。 Monitor project progress, schedule, testing and delivery reports to ensure projects meet quality and timeline requirements. 跟進及監察項目進度、施工時間表、測試及交付報告，確保項目質量及時效。 Review and manage floor plans / layout drawings to confirm installation locations, cable routing, and integration details for ELV & IT systems. 處理及審閱 Floor Plan / Layout 圖紙，確認 ELV 及 IT 設備安裝位置、走線及設計細節。 Coordinate on-site installation, testing, and commissioning work. 協助現場安裝安排、測試及竣工驗收工作。 Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting records, testing reports, and handover files. 準備及整理項目文件，例如進度報告、會議紀錄、測試報告及竣工文件。 Support project management team in supervising contractors and vendors to ensure performance quality and timely completion. 支援項目經理管理外判團隊及供應商，確保交付品質及進度。 Diploma or above in Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, IT or related disciplines. 文憑或以上學歷，主修工程管理、電子工程、資訊科技或相關科目優先。 Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, or IT/ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Audio/Visual, Network, etc.). 最少兩年項目管理、工程協調或 IT／ELV 系統工作經驗（如 CCTV、門禁系統、影音系統、網絡系統等）。具備閱讀及理解 AutoCAD 圖紙或 Floor Plan 經驗者優先考慮。 Experience in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings or floor plans will be an advantage. 具備閱讀及理解 AutoCAD 圖紙或 Floor Plan 經驗者優先考慮。 Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills. 具良好溝通、組織及解決問題能力。 Able to manage multiple tasks with responsibility and attention to detail. 能同時處理多項任務，具責任感及細心。 Willing to travel to site locations for project supervision. 願意外出到各項目現場跟進工作總部辦公室及客戶現場（包括 24/7 FITNESS 各分店及其他商業地點）。 5-day work week (flexible schedule based on project needs). 每週五天工作（需配合項目進度彈性安排）。 Year-end bonus 年終花紅 Paid annual leave 有薪年假 Complimentary 24/7 FITNESS Membership 免費 24/7 FITNESS 健身會籍 On-the-job training and career advancement opportunities 在職培訓及良好晉升機會 Assistant IoT Engineer 助理物聯網工程師 (物聯網/弱電/機電) #J-18808-Ljbffr
