Company Overview / 公司簡介 We are a footwear manufacturing group with our trading office based in Hong Kong and production facilities in Vietnam. 我們是一家鞋類製造集團，貿易辦事處設於香港，生產設施位於越南。 Our primary market is the United States, and we are committed to delivering high-quality products through efficient operations and strong financial management. 我們的主要市場是美國，並致力於透過高效的營運及穩健的財務管理提供高品質產品。 Role Summary / 職位概要 Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will be part of a dynamic accounting team of six members. 直接向會計經理匯報，你將成為一個由六名成員組成的充滿活力的會計團隊的一員。 This role focuses on reviewing and analyzing accounts from our Vietnam factory and supporting the overall financial health of the business. 此職位主要負責審核及分析越南工廠的帳目，並支持公司整體財務健康。 Key Responsibilities / 主要職責 Review and reconcile accounts from the Vietnam manufacturing facility 審核及對帳越南生產設施的帳目 Perform financial analysis and variance reporting to support management decisions 進行財務分析及差異報告，以支持管理層決策 Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements 協助編制每月、季度及年度財務報表 Perform inventory reporting to ensure accuracy and timely reconciliation 進行庫存報告，確保準確性及及時對帳 Prepare monthly company reports and annual reporting packages for management review 編制每月公司報告及年度報告資料供管理層審閱 Support budgeting and forecasting processes 支持預算及財務預測流程 Liaise with internal teams and external auditors 與內部團隊及外部審計師聯繫 Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounting team 為會計團隊的流程改進及效率提升作出貢獻 Ideal Candidates / 理想人選 Tertiary education or Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 具備會計、金融或相關學科之大專教育或文憑學歷 Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in trading or manufacturing companies 至少五年於貿易或製造公司之會計工作經驗 Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy 具備強大的分析能力，注重細節及準確性 Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software 熟練使用 MS Excel 及會計軟件 Proficient in English, Chinese & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus 具備良好英文、中文及廣東話能力；懂普通話更佳 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 能夠獨立工作並在團隊環境中協作 Terms & Benefits / 工作條件及福利 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm) 每週五天工作（星期一至星期五，上午9:00至下午5:30） Minimal or no overtime required 極少或無需加班 Annual Leave: 11 days 年假：11天 Medical insurance 醫療保險 To Apply For This Job Or Similar Jobs Please attach your CV with salary expected to JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
