The role We are looking for a passionate and creative Sales & Online Marketing Representative . This role blends field‑based sales with digital marketing and suits proactive, outgoing self‑starters who enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities Visit and develop relationships with designated retail clients. Negotiate and follow up on orders, providing timely market feedback to the Sales Manager and Procurement Team. Manage and operate company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads and X. Plan and create engaging online campaigns and content to enhance brand visibility. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Support internal teams with promotional and marketing activities. Prepare sales reports and online marketing reports. Handle sales administration and other ad hoc tasks assigned by management. Requirements Form 5 / HKDSE graduate or above. No experience required; training will be provided. Experience in field sales or a related role is preferred. Knowledge of the snack‑food market is an advantage; high‑potential candidates may be considered for the Sales & Marketing Manager Trainee pathway. A valid driving licence is an advantage. Courteous, trustworthy and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability. Experience in social media management or content creation is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with basic design tools (e.g. Canva or Photoshop) is preferred. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
