Responsibilities Provide professional internal / external secretarial and administrative support to the Director. Participate in leadership and strategy meetings. Provide clerical support to the HR & Admin Department, e.g. arranging interviews, monitoring attendance, purchasing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, handling MPF, employee compensation, leave, etc. Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments and external business partners on business operations and event management. Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare minutes, reports, meeting material and agenda. Manage or respond to ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the director or supervisor, contributing to overall team success. Requirements Diploma holder or above in any discipline. At least 2 years’ experience in administrative or personal assistance work. Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office and Chinese word processing. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact well with internal and external parties. Proficiency in accounting/finance is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
