Key Responsibilities Own our Supply Strategy: Create and lead our supply strategy to ensure we are selling the best eSIM product to our customers. Constantly test, challenge, and improve our offering by working with existing and prospective merchants. Merchant Communication and Strategy: Maintain regular communication with existing merchants, conduct quality reviews, opportunity identification, and updates with merchants on a routine basis. Service Level Improvement: Work with merchants to enhance service levels to meet the needs of both Klook and customers, optimizing key supply strength metrics. Cross‑Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal functions (marketing, supplier operations, customer service, finance) to maximize sales, ensure alignment, enhance operational efficiency, drive customer satisfaction and repeat business, and ensure accurate payment processing and risk mitigation. Destination/Vertical Ownership: Effectively manage a designated destination and/or vertical by gathering key insights, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and representing Klook within the destination/vertical. Shape the business model and roadmaps for the vertical, from supply to demand to business strategy and technology innovation. Lead initiatives and work with cross‑functional teams globally to drive vertical performance at scale, such as customer satisfaction, traffic channels, supply coverage, inventory availability, pricing, profitability, costs, content, booking experience etc. What You’ll Need Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in merchant management, business development, or product quality management, preferably in E‑Commerce or OTA supply. Strong understanding of the telecommunications or mobile technology industry, with specific knowledge of eSIM technology is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication; both written and verbal. Track record of successfully driving cross‑departmental projects is preferred. Fluent in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. A start‑up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required. Globally‑minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data‑driven decisions.
