Head of Brand Management, APAC The Head of Brand Management, APAC manages, builds, and grows our partners’ eCommerce activities on Tmall, JD.com and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be a leader who takes lead of all aspects of our brands’ go-to-market strategies and possesses core competencies of team management, business strategic planning and project management. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent stakeholder management skill, a strong commercial and analytical mindset. You will report to the Managing Director for Asia. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drive revenue growth on marketplaces across Asia through leading our regional Brand Management Team in APAC Collaborate with China cross‑functional team to oversee the eCommerce channels’ operation and campaign delivery by supporting functions like operation, marketing, logistics, etc. for brand acceleration Evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategies to maximize business growth Ensure the highest levels of operational execution Conduct analysis of brands’ performance using multiple data sources and tools on a regular basis to continuously optimize performance across all touch points Coordinate with internal departments of design, marketing, logistics and customer service according to planning requirements, optimize business process, improve operation and sales efficiency, and ensure smooth implementation of sales plan Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, major in e-commerce and marketing 8+ years of hands‑on experience in account management, project management, digital marketing, or trading Experience in eCommerce or online marketplace (Tmall, JD, Douyin, etc.) is a must Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Able to work under pressure and manage multiple timelines Independent, highly motivated with a success‑driven approach Strong analytical and data management skills Company Culture & Candidate Profile We are looking for individuals who are: Game Changers – someone who looks at problems with an open mind, shares new ideas with team members, regularly reassesses existing plans, attaches realistic timelines to goals, makes profitable, productive, and innovative contributions, and actively pursues improvements to Pattern’s processes and outcomes Data Fanatics – someone who recognizes problems, seeks to understand them through data, draws unbiased conclusions based on data that lead to actionable solutions, and continues to track the effects of the solutions using data Partner Obsessed – an individual who explains the status of projects to partners, relies on constructive feedback, actively listens to partner expectations, and delivers results that exceed them, prioritizes partner needs, and creates a personable experience for those interacting with Pattern Team of Doers – someone who uplifts team members, recognizes specific contributions, takes initiative to help in any circumstance, actively supports improvements, and holds themselves accountable to the team as well as to partners How Can I Stand Out as an Applicant?
