Territory Manager, Vascular

The candidate will be responsible for selling and clinically supporting products from the Vascular Division in Hong Kong and Macau. The products assigned will be from the Aortic, Interventional Radiology and Peripheral Intervention specialties. The candidate shall be a resource to the doctors and hospitals, working towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. They are expected to establish a business plan and sales strategy to expand the customer base and to contribute to the development of training and educational programs for the customers. They are also expected to achieve the sales target assigned. Responsible for the development, management and execution of sales activities in the assigned region. Responsible for all day to day business issues, tenders and quotations preparation. Maintain existing customers and sourcing for potential customers. Clinically support cases in theatres and labs. Assist in managing warehouse stock levels and consignment stock. Prepares action plans for effective sales and customer management. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Provides timely feedback on market issues to senior management. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports. Complete timely adverse event reporting when required. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager. Education and/or Work Experience Qualifications Degree holder, with a major in science, business or other related discipline. At least two years of solid sales experience in medical industry is preferred. Experience with vascular products would be a strong advantage. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken ability). Proficiency in PC application. Occasional overseas travel for training and meeting is needed.
