Customer Relations Officer (Fintech and Financial Industry) Provide comprehensive and professional support to clients such as handling and resolving client’s enquiries, requests and complaints. Handle and resolve customer queries and requests via phone and email. Coordinate with operations department to enhance operation efficiency and customer experience. Achieve individual and team-based sales and customer service targets and KPIs. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all requests to be completed with good quality standards. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions. Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned. The Candidate Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software. Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to work in shifts.
