Customer Services Executive / Assistant Facilities Officer – JLL Overview We’re JLL, a professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate. Responsibilities Handle general reception duties including incoming calls, mailing and courier arrangements. Monitor and assist front‑desk/reception operations. Coordinate with the Event Team and Facilities Management team. Manage service‑provider performance and ensure compliance with company and client policies, including health & safety. Provide quality service to customers and handle enquiries politely. Perform general office administrative duties: filing, procurement, maintenance of office equipment, stationery and water. Assist with day‑to‑day operations and management for co‑working space. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety and functionality of the facility. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, guests and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Assist in planning and setting up events, workshops and networking activities. Handle administrative work including tenant registration, visitor registration, attendance report and selling report. Work alongside Facilities Manager and team members to enhance overall member experience. Handle ad‑hoc duties. Qualifications Diploma or above with relevant experience. Certificate in Secretarial, Business Studies, or equivalent. Computer literacy. Proficiency in written and spoken English with good presentation and communication skills. Experience interfacing with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors and suppliers. Experience and customer‑centric mindset. Degree or diploma in business administration, facilities or equivalent qualification, and over four years’ experience in a related field. Strong customer skills, logistics management, international administration and data analysis experience. Creative, strong‑willed, multitasking ability and poise under pressure.
