What You’ll Do Act as liaison between customers and the brand to support and address the daily requirement of the business Negotiate margins, contracts, trade terms and expand the wholesale customer base and distribution Experienced in GTM to be able to support 2 seasonal buys a year Evaluate stock‑on‑hand and sell out to align market OTB Plan and perform sales activities with each customer to achieve target sales Collaborate with each customer to develop and customize the business plan & forecast Work with customers to ensure the brand is represented properly in each market Work together with HQ team to ensure all sales orders are properly authorized, accurate and entered into the company business systems in a timely manner (D365, Nuorder & Anaplan) Manage order book by working with Planning, Sales, and Sales Ops teams to ensure maximum order fulfillment; on time delivery; meet monthly sales targets; monitor credit holds; identify potential issues and create solutions Provide weekly/monthly reporting on KPI’s, open requests, compliance issues, customer routing guide changes, ordering, customer issues, EDI releases, etc. Coordinate the preparation, analysis and presentation of weekly sales reports Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, assisting in developing solutions, and ensuring proper escalation of issues Maintain and update all documentation of processes and procedures relating to Customer Service Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure account needs are met Perform Wholesale project work/other duties as required Experience, Education and Designations Bachelor’s degree in business related disciplines Min. 5 years of experience as manager in relevant sector A minimum of 5 years’ account management experience in luxury retail industry is preferred Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral Experience working in Wholesale Apparel is an advantage Ability to effectively present to groups and engage all levels of the organization Let’s Talk About You Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multi‑task in a fast paced environment. Ability to motivate and lead a team. Solid knowledge and understanding of the premium retail landscape. Analytical skills combined with a high attention to detail. Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships. Self‑motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
