Responsibilities Develop and implement brand strategy and integrated marketing plans for the Hong Kong market Plan and execute online and offline brand promotion activities including social media, advertising, PR events, etc. Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and consumer insights to provide actionable recommendations Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging to local needs Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI, continuously optimizing performance Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, KOLs, agencies, and other partners Regularly produce market reports and brand health assessments Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned We offer competitive salary and package for the right candidate. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in Fintech brokerage firms or technology industries Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market, culture, media ecosystem and consumers' behaviour Excellent project management, data analysis and creative thinking skills Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Google Analytics or similar tools is preferred Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) All information collected will be treated in strict confidence and only be used for recruitment purposes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
