Rates & FX Junior Trader, Global Markets Asia

Job Purpose & Objectives

We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented junior trader to join the Global Macro Trading Team in Hong Kong to support the Rates and FX desks. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant trading experience in a fast-paced environment. The trader will support senior traders in pricing execution and risk management across multiple products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Price and execute transactions under the guidance of senior members of the Team.
  • Collaborate in the risk management of the trading books.
  • Liaise with support units in the lifecycle of the trade.
  • Produce PNL and trading records and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University Graduate or above.
  • At least 2 years of experience in FI trading or a closely related function in a bank.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency in VBA or Python.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organized and meticulous.
