Customer Experience Executive (5-day work) About the role: This is a full‑time role as a Customer Experience Executive at FreightAmigo Services Limited, based in Kowloon Tong. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and complaints. Job Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, intercom, and chatbot. Manage daily customer service tasks, including price quotations, tracking orders, and following up on client requests. Conduct outbound communications (calls, emails, intercom) to follow up on client inquiries and quotations. Enhance the customer journey by collecting feedback from clients and partners, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to improve our business model. Expand the client base and drive the sales pipeline through calls, emails, events, and online communication tools. Collaborate actively with teams such as operations, sales, marketing and IT, as well as clients and agencies, to fulfill order requirements. Conduct general market or news research as needed to support sales and marketing activities. Implement standardized operational workflows to meet customer service goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Assist with ad‑hoc tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor degree or above in any discipline. At least 2 years’ customer services experience, preferred with Logistics, Freight forwarding, Relocation, Banking, Transportation or Dropship work experience. Effective interpersonal, communications, problem‑solving and warm call telephone handling skills are an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Passionate, energetic, good team player, proactive and self‑motivated. Experience in using ticketing system, like chatbot, etc., would be an asset. Fresh graduate/Part‑time would also be considered. Immediate availability is preferred.
