As a Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include: Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. Leading and mentoring the accounting team to meet organizational goals. Collaborating with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations. Managing cash flow and optimizing financial performance. Preparing detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Implementing and maintaining effective financial controls and processes. Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function. A successful Financial Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent. Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
