Location: Kwun Tong Nature: Permanent Job Description Lead the preparation and management of budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections. Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports, including detailed analysis to support strategic decision-making. Oversee the annual audit process and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to address financial matters effectively. Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems. Formulate and update financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Exercise cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency and achieve cost-effectiveness. Provide recommendations for financial optimization and performance improvements. Handle special assignments and lead financial initiatives as directed by the management team. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, HKICPA) is strongly preferred. A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate accounting and financial control. At least 3 years of post-qualification experience gained at a reputable accounting firm or in a similar capacity. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and mentor teams. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledgeable in data privacy standards. High attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate and timely results.
