Project Administrator, Innovation - Language Solutions Project (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Duties:

  • Product design, digital transformation on agile projects in Language Solutions;
  • Facilitate planning and execution on scope, schedule, cost, UAT to ensure projects to meet business needs;
  • Closely monitor and report the statuses and related activities of projects to internal teams, business units and clients on a daily and regular basis;
  • Serve as a liaison and facilitator among business units, IT team and end-users in addressing and resolving issues in project implementation;
  • Organize and host training workshops and user engagement activities;
  • Maintain administrative tasks and documentation for current and potential projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines;
  • Preferably 3 years of agile project management experience; Fresh graduates are also welcome;
  • An independent team player with strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking and innovative mindset;
  • Familiarity with MS Office Application, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Power BI;
  • Sound interpersonal, analytical, presentation, research and report writing skills;
  • Able to prioritize workload and work under pressure;
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the company;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Willingness to travel to Mainland and overseas when necessary;
  • Work Location in Central/ Shatin - Science Park.
