Business Development Manager - Travel Agency As the Business Development and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, forging high-value partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities to elevate the brand's visibility and impact. This role blends business development, event execution, and marketing strategy to support long-term expansion and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Business Development (50%) Identify and pursue new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations to grow the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners. Develop and present compelling proposals to potential clients and collaborators. Lead lead‑generation initiatives and manage prospects through the sales funnel. Event Management & Campaign Execution (30%) Plan and execute impactful events and campaigns, including product launches, webinars, and exclusive brand experiences. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth and effective event delivery. Offline Marketing (10%) Manage customer databases and enhance customer experience through targeted offline initiatives. Identify and implement offline marketing opportunities aligned with brand objectives. Oversee the production and distribution of traditional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters. Reporting & Budget Management (5%) Prepare regular performance reports, analysing ROI and key marketing metrics. Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost‑effective execution of initiatives. Additional Responsibilities (5%) – Support other marketing initiatives as assigned by management. Key Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in business development in Hong Kong At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in event management Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Experience in luxury, travel, lifestyle, or hospitality industries is a plus Basic design and photography skills are considered an asset Our client is a renowned luxury travel agency offering a promising career path with a dynamic working environment and a competitive salary package with outstanding benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
