Workplace Ambassador – CHANEL Join to apply for the Workplace Ambassador role at CHANEL. About The Role You will be providing overall support in the workplace that contributes to the well‑being of our employees by delivering day‑to‑day operations on the floor, partnering with People Experience in launching employee wellness initiatives, and implementing those initiatives to look after the well‑being, health and safety of our employees. What Impact You Can Create At Chanel Employee Well‑Being, Health & Safety Carry out the planned initiatives to ensure a safe working environment, such as systems for furniture, working ambience and other amenities. Serve as the window for employees to share feedback and challenges, addressing their needs and issues in a timely manner. Coordinate the regular safety training provided by the service provider, equipping employees with workplace safety knowledge (annual fire drill, first aid training, Display Screen Equipment). Assist in the execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives set by the Company. Serve as the main contact for employees on all office emergency incidents. Office Administrative Management Provide support for all office administrative activities, focusing on hospitality and housekeeping services. Deliver an all‑round hospitality experience to employees and visitors, ensuring a standard level of office administrative services. Act as the main contact point with Building Management, ensuring timely communication of information and regulations. Supervise housekeepers for day‑to‑day operations including meeting room setup; track inventory of office supplies (stationery, pantry supplies, coffee, healthy drinks, etc.). Maintain office condition through regular inspection, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness. Ensure office administrative related policies are executed seamlessly and provide regular feedback for fine‑tuning. Own and maintain the workplace data/dashboard and keep information updated. Partner with Facilities Management Team to coordinate workplace repair and maintenance works and communicate with employees. Issue purchase orders, monitor expenses for all office supplies and services, and maintain a record for budgeting and cost control. Partner with People Experience team to support new staff onboarding, including office tours, security access, name cards & plates, etc. Perform ad‑hoc duties related to the workplace as deemed necessary. Partnership With People Experience Team Partner with People Experience to bring to life employee wellness initiatives and serve as the sounding board for employee wellness. Ensure seamless communication with employees on all workplace matters, following guidelines from People Experience and Communications teams, especially during emergencies. What You Will Bring Multiple years of proven track record in workplace operations or facilities management with understanding of latest market trends. Good organizing skills and ability to multi‑task. Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & networking skills, able to build good relationships & partnerships with stakeholders. Open‑minded and able to think out of the box in looking for new ways of doing things. Fluent spoken English and Cantonese.
