Responsibilities:- Assist to revise and maintain manuals related to cargo operations for regulatory compliance of regulatory and the airline.
- Assist to monitor the daily cargo operations locally and overseas in regards of safety and security.
- Assist to follow up with incident investigations related to dangerous goods, safety, and security issues.
- Assist in follow up with cargo related irregularities.
- Assist in procurement of airline stationery and relevant system updating.
- Assist in follow up with training issues which including approval of outports training syllabus.
- Assist in monitor the budget for outports.
- Assist in monitoring ULD operations.
- Work closely with HKC and AAT for smooth cargo operations.
- Assist in coordination and monitoring of cargo operation in outstations.
- Work closely with Corporate Safety Department to ensure cargo operations compliance.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
- At least 3 years of experience in air industry preferably with airlines, ground handling agents or cargo terminals.
- Tertiary Education or Bachelor's degree holder.
- Knowledge in Dangerous Goods Regulations.
- Knowledge in Cargo Security Program (e.g. Regulated Agent Regime at HKG).
- Good command of spoken and written English. Spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels and in a multi-cultural working environment.
- Sound PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
- A good team player with self-initiative and ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good leadership skills and able to lead the team to achieve company goals.
- Independent, well-organized and detail-minded.
