Add expected salary to your profile for insights The role is accountable for shaping and executing the segment strategy with a strong focus on the corporate sales channel , positioning it as a key growth driver for Nespresso. It involves promoting the brand’s premium image and delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences tailored to corporate clients. Achieve sales and KPI targets designated by the management. Maintain good relationship with existing customers and increase business (e.g., customer visits). Identify sales opportunities and build up new network by following the Nespresso guidelines. To provide quality and on-time information on demand forecast, report on market dynamics and competitor activities. Attend regular product training to enhance customer experience. Handle customers' enquiry in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to Company principles, policies & procedures and comply with local laws and regulations. Perform other administrative or ad-hoc tasks. What will make you successful Tertiary degree or above in Sales & Marketing or other related disciplines. With experiences in B2B direct sales to premium clients and with proven track record of reaching sales target. Good negotiation and influencing skills. Result oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English. Good Knowledge of MS Office.
