Responsibilities Monitoring and controlling the development costs and progress Formulating budget and identifying development issues and improvement Actively involved in driving development programme Managing the financing of the development projects Participating in tender process to ensure the tender cost is reasonable and within budget plan Performing financial analysis for investment opportunities Actively involved in setting up and monitoring annual business targets Preparing timely management reports and relevant financial analysis Preparing and reviewing KPIs of functional units Improving existing financial and operating systems and processes and enhancing internal controls Financial accounting, audit, tax compliance and planning Handling ad‑hoc assignments when required Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines obtained in a reputable institution. MBA graduates will be an advantage. Member of ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent. Minimum 15 years’ relevant working experiences, preferably gained from property development with at least 8 years at managerial level. In‑depth knowledge in Hong Kong property market with great exposure in handling project finance. Experienced in Yonyou accounting systems or other accounting software is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attentive to details, showcase outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Independent, self‑motivated, analytical, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines. Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin Chinese.
