Responsibilities Serve top‑tier exchanges and public blockchains, deeply understand their business needs, and design customized pre‑sales Web3 solutions based on BytePlus AI technologies and AI Infra, public cloud infrastructure. Provide end‑to‑end pre‑sales technical support, including requirement communication, solution demonstration, technical validation, and addressing customer inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to drive solution implementation and precipitate industry best practices. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT/tech industry, with working experience in Web3 (e.g., exchanges, public blockchains). Familiar with core blockchain technologies (e.g., consensus mechanisms, smart contracts), and knowledgeable in AI (large models, machine learning) and AI Infra, public cloud architectures. Experience in pre‑sales solution design and customer technical communication, with clear logic and strong presentation skills. Familiar with mainstream LLMs and low‑code / Full‑code development platforms for agents, with experience in end‑to‑end AI scenario application delivery. Preferred Qualifications Comfortable with fast‑paced and ambiguous "startup" environment. Can‑Do attitude, self‑starter, ability to work independently and highly motivated with contagious enthusiasm. Team player and able to foster positive team morale, set goals, and drive for successful fulfilment.
