Lead the acquisition, onboarding, and account management of major overseas clients for Xiaohongshu, effectively identifying advertising and marketing needs, and rapidly developing tailored marketing solutions—including but not limited to brand collaboration, performance‑driven campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives. Develop a deep understanding of Xiaohongshu’s ecosystem and explore new opportunities and growth tracks with overseas clients. Formulate sales plans and strategies for different international regions and industry verticals, and ensure successful delivery of sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas industry clients. Gain deep insights into their marketing objectives and key business moments, drive strategic breakthroughs with flagship clients, and develop best‑practice marketing cases for external communication. Demonstrate strong foundational data analysis and insights capabilities; proactively identify growth opportunities from data and maintain a strong sense of exploration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields preferred. 3+ years of industry experience; overseas or internet industry experience preferred. Proven track record of managing and executing industry‑level projects.
