Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, or related disciplines; a Master degree is preferred. Language Proficiency: Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is a distinct advantage. Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service while effectively managing high-pressure situations. Commitment and Responsiveness: A strong sense of responsibility, commitment to continuous learning, and an open-minded approach to new concepts and technologies. Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong analytical reasoning and problem‑solving capabilities, with a self‑motivated, proactive, and hardworking attitude. Business Development Expertise: Proven experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large‑scale IT technology deals, particularly in the telecommunications sector. Technological Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud computing, big data technologies, and emerging market segments, with specific emphasis on AI, digitalization, and 5G technologies. Telecommunications Industry Insight: Understanding of the operational dynamics within the telecommunications industry, including key trends and challenges related to AI and digital transformation.
