Manager (Resource Development) - Enterprise Risk Risk management covers many areas including security and privacy, reputation and control. Our professionals help clients across many industries flag, analyze, evaluate and manage strategic and operational risks while discovering opportunities to create value. We help clients address various aspects of strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. Work as a team leader to provide high-quality execution and delivery of projects for clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on public sector organisations, including but not limited to non-governmental organisations, universities, primary/secondary schools. Identify and source community resources (e.g., training programs, mentorship opportunities, scholarships, volunteer activities, education resources, etc.) from various resource providers (e.g., non-governmental organisations, government agencies, corporations) that align with emerging needs and interests of beneficiaries of community programs, who are aged between 4‑21. Nurture strong relations with community resource providers by forming partnerships or collaborative relationships with them. Organise these partnerships and collaborative relationships into a resource database, maintain the resource database using the information systems provided by the client. Identify and provide fit‑for‑purpose recommendations for ongoing improvement over existing operating procedures, as well as enhancements in data structure and workflows of information systems. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to Deloitte engagement teams, subcontractors, non-governmental organisations, marketing agencies, designers, etc. to ensure smooth implementation of projects. Monitor utilisation of community resources and evaluate performance of community resource providers. Produce draft consultancy reports, presentation materials, data‑driven analytic reports, and other deliverables for project delivery. Provide technical supervision, develop and mentor a team of staff, and assess their performance for engagements and regular reviews. Provide administrative support on engagements such as budgeting, resource planning, billing, engagement letters, reviews, etc. Conduct project‑related briefing and training to service team staff and external stakeholders. Contact, maintain liaison with and handle enquiries from resource providers. Collaborate with other member firms and service lines within Deloitte. We are looking for someone with Bachelor’s degree or above in related disciplines, e.g., business, marketing, communications, social sciences, or any other disciplines. 6 – 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, communications. Prior experience in a public sector organisation (e.g., non-governmental organisations) is an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager. Passionate in serving community development. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Cantonese is a must. Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage. Possess strong leadership quality, organisation, management, and business development skills. Be organised, proactive, self‑motivating and detail‑conscious with a strong sense of responsibility and high working efficiency. Have hands‑on experience in Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of developing and maintaining relational databases is a plus. Be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner. No outbound travelling is required. Flexible working arrangements are negotiable.
