We help clients address various aspects of strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing. Oversee and monitor the day-to-day operation of payment administration business, including payment processing and authorisation, master and accounting records maintenance and reconciliation. Operate designated bank accounts, including the preparation of payment and cashflow forecasts, monthly bank reconciliation statements. Produce draft consultancy reports, presentation materials, data-driven analytic report, and other deliverables for project delivery. Design internal controls measures, establish policies, guidelines and operational manuals, identify and provide fit-for-purpose recommendations for ongoing improvement over existing operating procedures. Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines and operational manuals, and fulfillment of project objectives. Contact, maintain liaison with and handle enquiries from project stakeholders (e.g. vendors, bankers and clients) Dealing with internal and external auditors Work as a team leader to provide high-quality execution and delivery of projects Identify and manage risks in projects, provide administrative support on engagements Provide technical supervision, develop and mentor a team of staff and assess their performance for engagements and regular reviews We are looking for someone with Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines e.g., business, social sciences, or any other disciplines. Knowledge in accounting / treasury is preferred, but not a must. 6 - 10 years of experience in handling accounting, treasury, administration or programme operations. Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager. Prior experience in a public sector organisation (e.g. non-governmental organisations) or a professional service firm is an advantage. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Cantonese is a must. Good-spoken Mandarin is an advantage. Possess strong leadership quality, organisation, management and business development skills Be organised, proactive, self-motivating and detail-conscious with a strong sense of responsibility and high working efficiency. Have hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. Proficiency in Salesforce is an advantage. Be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner. No outbound travelling is required. Flexible working arrangements are negotiable.
