Job Responsibilities: Client Communication & Support: Serve as the point of contact for clients, facilitating all interactions and ensuring clear, effective communication. Clearly explain the asset disposal and conversion processes, requirements, and timelines to clients. Account Documentation & Onboarding: Assist in the preparation, collection, and verification of KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation for enterprise client accounts. Help streamline and improve the client onboarding workflow to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Process Management & Compliance: Closely monitor the end-to-end process of converting virtual assets, from initiation to settlement. Ensure all operations are completed in a timely manner and in full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Industry Contribution: Play a key role in the foundational growth of our OTC desk by helping to shape and adapt operational processes in a rapidly evolving industry. Job Requirements: 5-8 years of direct experience in operations, preferably within the OTC desk or trade support function of a licensed crypto exchange. Deep, practical knowledge of KYC/CDD and KYD procedures specific to the crypto industry. Prior experience in the OTC desk of a licensed crypto exchange is highly desirable. Candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese. Proactive, hands-on, and willing to manage operational tasks directly.
