We are seeking an SVP, Client Relationship and Business Development to join our Market Data and Corporate Services team, in our Hong Kong location. What You’ll Do Develop creative strategies for driving sales growth specific to the region assigned. Host consultative discussion with senior management at publicly traded companies on investor relations strategy and corporate objectives for trading in the US Market on OTC Markets. Leverage market insights to expand sales within the APAC region. Develop targeted strategies to enter new sub-regions or industries, adjusting approaches to local market dynamics and opportunities. Manage APAC market data distributor and end-client relationships. Work with Market Data business development team to identify and develop new data distribution and end client relationships in the region. Manage feedback loop from clients and work with our Market Data and Corporate Services teams to develop new offerings and solutions. Oversee the team business development strategy and assist in maintaining targeted revenue and profitability – establish a trusted and consultative relationship. Develop, design and manage client account plan and annual account reviews. Act as consultant – identify, present and market innovative recommendations relating to industry trends and product differentiation. Supervise, mentor, and guide an APAC Associate member based in the Hong Kong office. Provide regular coaching, establish clear objectives, and create development plans that align with both personal and team goals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results. Work with issuers, advisors, and stakeholders to educate on the value proposition we offer. Additional duties, as assigned. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 10+ years in a Sales and revenue retention environment. Minimum 5+ years’ experience of equity capital markets. Experience in Asia/Australia Capital Markets. Strong knowledge of and demonstrated history of performing lead generation through target account selling, outbound cold calling, and calling on marketing-generated leads. Relevant experience in financial markets or cross-border Investor Relations is a highly preferred. Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced, changing environment. Strong analytical skills and impeccable business/global acumen. Proven self‑starter, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results. English language is primary with Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills highly preferred. Top‑notch verbal and written communication skills, responsiveness, and attention to details. Proven presentation skills and experience presenting in‑person and using Microsoft Teams or similar web presentation tools. Previous experience in managing other members of a team. Working knowledge of Salesforce for managing CRM activities and pipeline. Ability to travel, as needed. About OTC Markets Group Inc. OTC Markets Group Inc.
