We are seeking an Associate, Client Relationship and Business Development to join our Market Data and Corporate Services team , in our Hong Kong location. The Associate, Client Relationship and Business Development role supports the Corporate Services team in prospecting analysis and pitch coordination as well as supporting the relationship management team in managing and coordinating client retention strategies. What You’ll Do: Work on new business development from prospecting analysis and cold calling. Provide phone and email support to current customers. Ensure data collection and integrity. Create presentations to support business initiatives. Contribute to sales planning and development. Support marketing activities related to business growth. Partner with management to support a large pipeline of sales from the initial cold call, through to closing. Develop an understanding of the client’s business, objectives and competitors to provide management recommendations on solutions. Assist in the development of targeted strategies to enter new sub‑regions or industries. Work with Market Data business development team to develop strategies on new data distribution. Partner with management to develop client account plan and annual account reviews. Strong sense of accountability for results. Additional duties, as assigned. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or Economics. Familiar with financial reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Motivated, learns fast and can work well with a team or individually. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Courteous, with good customer service skills. Works effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within an organization. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexible and shows initiative in projects and within a team. Working knowledge of financial markets is a plus. Proficiency in English required, proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin.
