General Administration Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office admin team, and responsible for all rounded General Administration matters for the firm
- Develop and implement General Administration Policies and Procedures
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our multiple-floor and multiple location offices, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency
- Manage facility administration and maintenance
- Coordinate office events, team building activities, firm-wide meetings and conferences
- Assist in budget planning and management for office-related expenses
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management or head quarter
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or aboveAdministrative management related majors.
- Minimum 5 years of comprehensive administrative management work experience in sizable companies.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
