Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for various positions within the organization
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and overall suitability for open positions.
  • Work closely with HRBPs to understand each BU’s hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and act as the main point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies within the blockchain space. Leverage this knowledge to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports and present findings to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry, including knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto exchange..
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent in competitive markets.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment and evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using recruitment analytics tools and systems.
