主要職責 Reporting to the Senior Manager – Human Resources in Hong Kong Headquarters office, this position is mainly responsible for the overall design and implementation of talent acquisition strategy and employer branding initiatives as well as develop a curated approach to attract best in class talent for the Company. 

This is both a strategic and execution focused role which requires the ability to work at and across all levels of the organization, both locally and nationally. In accordance with the Group strategy and talent acquisition agenda, continuously review the talent acquisition strategy and implement effective and innovative talent acquisition programs to support the talent pipeline and succession planning Design an efficient and effective hiring journey, as well as drive recruitment programs to enhance our employer branding Develop various partnerships and programs to support a variety of talent acquisition strategies including professional network, university recruitment, etc. Drive and collaborate with other organizations and NGOs to build a diverse and inclusive workforce Partner closely with HRBP and hiring managers to identify the hiring needs, job requirements and selection criteria Handle a full spectrum and end-to-end cycle of talent acquisition in both Headquarters and local operations Design and develop the policy and procedure for recruitment channels to ensure the hiring is in a cost-effective way as well as within the budget  Develop and analyze key metrics focused on recruitment effectiveness and efficiency to ensure the achievement of desired goals Responsible for the new HRIS implementation Participate in other projects as assigned
要求 Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology disciplines Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition and/or employer branding experience required, strongly preferred in Property Development and Retail industry with agency and MNC experience Experience in HRIS implementation is highly preferred Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing innovative and effective recruitment strategies and channel management – including social media, targeted networking and process design A good track record of experience in introducing and rolling out talent acquisition & talent marketing programs, intern programs, university recruitment, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, proposal, report writing capability, and spoken English and Chinese Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong business acumen and ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively Strong budget forecasting and project management capabilities Solution focused, self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
